PNG coffee offered inside of Jacksons International Airport is quite famous which hosts a variety of great coffee options including Duffy’s.  There are other several notable coffee cafés: Figaro, Espresso Cafe, Duffy’s Harbourside, Grand Café-Grand Papua, Cafe on the Edge, Boncafe, Deli KC and Seven C’s in Airways, Café Palazzo-Lamana and Nature Park Café.

Among the famous bars in Port Moresby are the Cosmopolitan, Gold Club at Lamana hotel and Mojos. Others include; Ozzie’s at Ela Beach Hotel, Jacksons Bar, Havanaba Bar, Monsoon, Heritage, Pondo Tavern, Poolside Bar in Laguna, Temple Longe Bar, Sands Pokies and Bar in Laguna, and Club Illusions.

Shopping malls include Waterfront and Vision City. RH Hypermarket is also an excellent place to shop.

Hotels include; the Ela Beach Hotel, Beachside Brasseries Crowne Plaza, The Café Grand Papua, Grand Brasseries Airways Hotel and The Stanley. Others are the Rapala Restaurant, Bacchus, Vue Restaurant, Greenhaus, Silverleaf in Lamana, Spices Restaurant, the Italian Restaurant, Rio’s Brazilian Steakhouse, Gateway Hotel. On the list are the Jacksons Restaurant, Wild Orchid Restaurant, Sizzles Restaurant, Laguna Hotel, Shady Rest Hotel and the Cellar Restaurant.

Holiday Inns include Dream Inn, Holiday Inn, and Holiday Inn Express.

There are many clubs in Port Moresby with most of them offering trendy music, and a young generation feels for young expats: Royal Papua Yacht Club; the Yachty, Macdhui Restaurant, Sails Café, and the Boatshed; Aviat including Aviat Restaurant, and Aviat Fish & Chips; Car Club; Koitaki Country Club.

Restaurants in Port Moresby offer a wide range of dishes both local and foreign. These are the Asian include Fu Gui, Ang’s, Fusion, Fusion 2, Asia Aromas, Dynasty in Vision City Mall, Imperial, Kopitiam, Magi Seafood and Savannah Bistro on Stratos Avenue. Others are the Indian is Tasty Bite and Tandoor restaurants; Italian include Sogno; Japanese are Daikoku and Ten Restaurant located in Vision Mall; Seoul House for Korean dishes; and Western dishes including Hogsbreath Western Steakhouse situated in Vision Mall, Bluff Inn, and Naked Fish.

Takeaway spots include Meat Haus for buggers; Mr. Mikes and Enzo’s Takeaway for pizza; KMC and Big Rooster for fried chicken; and Foodstation for pizza, fish, and chips.
